VANSIRE ก่อตั้งวงขึ้นครั้งแรกในปี 2015 โดยสองสมาชิกหลัก Josh Augustin (ร้องนำ กีตาร์ และกลอง) และ Sam Winemiller (เบส กีตาร์ และซินธ์) โดยมีไอเดียแรกเริ่มคือการทำวงโลไฟ-เบดรูมป็อปสไตล์เดียวกับศิลปินอย่าง Mac DeMarco ก่อนที่พวกเขาจะค่อยๆค้นพบซาวด์และแนวทางที่ชัดเจนของตัวเองในเวลาต่อมา จนปี 2016 มีโอกาสได้ออกงานชุดแรก Reflections and Reveries ซึ่งมีเพลงดัง "Pontchartrain" ถูกสตรีมซ้ำนับล้านครั้ง และในปี 2018 ก็แจ้งเกิดอย่างเป็นทางการกับอัลบั้ม Angel Youth  ที่ได้รับเสียงชื่นชมอย่างมาก เพลง อาทิ “Nice to See You” “Précis” “Halcyon Age” กลายเป็นแทรคยอดนิยมขวัญใจวัยรุ่นที่ผสมผสานองค์ประกอบดนตรีสไตล์ เบดรูมป็อป/ดรีมป็อป/โลไฟ ออกมาได้อย่างกลมกล่อมลงตัว ขณะที่ในปี 2022 วง VANSIRE ก้าวหน้าไปอีกขั้น เมื่ออัลบั้ม The Modern Western World ของพวกเขาถูกจัดให้ติดอันดับ “Album of The Year” จากหลายสถาบัน การันตีถึงฝีไม้ลายมือและเซนส์ทางดนตรีระดับไม่ธรรมดา การมาถึงของคอนเสิร์ต VANSIRE Live In Bangkok วันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2024 จึงถือเป็นโอกาสอันดีสำหรับแฟนเพลงชาวไทยในการเข้าร่วมสัมผัสบทเพลง และการแสดงสดอันน่าทึ่งของพวกเขา  

VANSIRE is an indie pop band. Formed in 2015 by Josh Augustin (vocals, guitar, and drums) and Sam Winemiller (bass, guitar, and synths) with the idea to make a band “that sounds like Mac DeMarco” when they started recording in their basements, living rooms and bed rooms. In 2016, VANSIRE self-released their first album, "Reflections and Reveries" with their first popular song “Pontchartrain" which has got a million steaming. In 2018, VANSIRE released their second album “Angel Youth” on Spirit Goth Records. It’s their first full-length album that featured collaborations with other artists where the band has gained global recognition, with hit songs that reflect their unique bedroom pop/dream pop style like “Nice to See You” “Précis” “Halcyon Age”.

In 2022, VANSIRE released their third LP, “The Modern Western World" which has been praised as “Album of The Year” from many renowned music medias/curators. The album’s varied influences include folk music, hip-hop, lo-fi house, and indie rock. It's an interesting collision of the bedroom pop that made VANSIRE a notable project.
