Term and Conditions

•The voucher is valid to be used from Sunday – Friday.

•The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

•Any spending exceeding the amount of the voucher must be paid upon check-out either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method at the property.

• Supplement charge for a stay on Saturday: THB 1,000 per room per night.

•Supplement charge for a stay on long weekend: THB 1,500 per room per night.

• Extra person charge for adults is THB 1,766 net per person per night and for children (4-11 years old sharing bed with parents) THB 380 net per person per night.

• Black-out period: 1-3 May 2021, 24 – 27 July 2021.

•Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with We Travel Together Campaign 'Rao Tiew Duay Gun' Campaign.

•A copy of your Voucher must be presented at check-in with a valid passport. The name on your Voucher must match the name on your passport.

•Vouchers only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.

•Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
