The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Sasin Sustainability &amp; Entrepreneurship Center and OUT BKK Business Network are organizing a LGBTI Business Conference on IDAHOT day (17 May 2019). &nbsp;The conference will focus on LGBTI inclusion in the Workplace: The Next Diversity Challenge for Thailand.The conference aims to set the stepping stones and development path to implementing Diversity and Inclusion for LGBTI in the Thai workplace and business environment. Research has demonstrated that large companies can be agents for change and that their impact on the general work culture can be significant.&nbsp;During the conference, companies will share their practices, and we will get a feeling of the opportunities and limitations within the Thai business environment. Participants will get the opportunity to select a break-out session at the conference to learn more about a specific topic.
