Thai chef Chalee Kader cooks a bold interpretation of the country&rsquo;s much loved staple&nbsp;kao gaeng&nbsp;(rice curry) at his Bangkok restaurant, Wana Yook. The experience reimagines Thai cuisine through a contemporary lens while sticking true to its traditional roots.
