The ticket tier you chose upon checkout is final. </li><li>Is there a way to refund my ticket? &gt; None. All tickets are non refundable. </li><li>Is E-Ticket allowed on the event day? &gt; Yes, you can access your e-ticket on your registered email once purchased at TicketMelon </li><li>Can we issue a replacement for the lost ticket? &gt; We will not be liable for lost tickets. Please ensure you safely keep your tickets until show day. </li><li>Are minors allowed? &gt; Minors ages 12 years old and up are allowed as long as they are accompanied by a ticketed adult. (2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio)</li></ul> TICKET PURCHASE GUIDELINE<ul><li>This is an all-standing show</li><li>The show is open to ages 12 and up. Minors must be with a ticketed adult in the same section (2 minors: 1 adult maximum ratio).&nbsp;</li><li>Unaccompanied minors (Aged 12-17) may enter as long as they have a signed waiver beforehand to be presented upon entry.</li><li>The safety of the minors is the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.</li><li>Pregnant women and those with medical conditions are advised to register at the designated table upon entry.</li></ul>
