The District Conference (DisCon) is a highlight of the Toastmasters International&#39;s year. It is an annual three-day event where we come together to compete through speech contests, as part of the Toastmasters International tradition, learn from and through the DisCon&rsquo;s inspiring keynote speeches and educational workshops, network and socialize through gala dinners and sight-seeing activities.
